VidCiclo - Your Cycle, Your Rhythm
A campaign concept designed to translate the emotional and physical changes of the menstrual cycle into a bold, relatable, and empowering visual language.
Year :
2025
Industry :
Beauty & Health
Client :
Videira 7

THE CHALLENGE:
Making an intimate subject feel relatable, not clinical.
The client needed a compact yet impactful campaign that could be quickly adapted across social media, retail displays, and offline media.
The challenge was to communicate the emotional and biological changes associated with the menstrual cycle in a way that felt relatable and empowering, without relying on clinical language or stereotypical representations.

THE BIG IDEA:
Your Cycle, Your Rhythm
Instead of treating the menstrual cycle as a single experience, I developed a visual narrative around its four phases: menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal.
Each phase was translated into a distinct color, emotional state, and visual expression, creating a campaign that acknowledges the natural rhythm of the cycle while giving each moment its own identity.
THE VISUAL SYSTEM:
Giving each phase its own visual language.
The campaign used bold colors and contrasting visual moods to differentiate each phase while keeping the overall system cohesive.
Vibrant pinks, earthy reds, and burnt oranges were combined with softer imagery and empowering language, creating a visual balance between energy, emotion, and self-care.
The system was designed to make the campaign easy to recognize and flexible enough to adapt across different formats.
FROM CONCEPT TO CAMPAIGN:
A flexible idea built for multiple touchpoints.
The visual system was developed to move across social media, retail displays, and offline communication while maintaining the same narrative.
Each execution reinforces the relationship between the cycle phase, its emotional context, and the campaign’s central message, allowing the idea to remain consistent while adapting to different formats.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE:
Balancing sensitivity with impact.
The subject required a careful balance between scientific accuracy, emotional resonance, and market appeal.
The visual language needed to feel bold enough to capture attention while remaining empathetic and accessible to women with different experiences of their menstrual cycle.
